| I had some belt issues, squeaks and grinds. Lynnwood did a full look-over and found the thermostat housing was leaking, causing the untoward noises and subsequently messing with my serpentine belt. But that wasn't all; a day later the car was leaking at an inopportune moment. I called Mitch back up, he asked me to bring it in, and they ran it hot and waited to find the leak. They checked and rechecked everything for me. It was a relief to know they covered their tracks, and my household really appreciated being able to hit the road right before Memorial Day weekend, on Friday, and knew we could travel safely! Thanks to Mitch and Byson and Lynnwood. You're always top notch! (PS. They removed the splash guard and the the dripping stopped.) |
